my opinion on rank now

Now that recruitment is over here is how I see it:


Pi Phi /Theta (almost a tie Theta better last year, and Pi Phi better this year)
AXO ( Did great this year)
DZ (Killed it this year)
Alpha Phi (Did really well)
KKG (Did really well for them and is rising)
XO (Did great for them and is on the rise)
DG ( Did fine, but just okay)
SK (Did well for them)
AGD (Great ladies and developing)
ADPi (Great group that is developing)
GPhi (Hopefully they will regroup and get some great girls in Spring)

I've never met a kappa who cares about what "tier" they are. They're just fun girls! But their for sure above chi o and did really good in recruitment this year

Kappa and Chi O are NOT above DG. Sigma Kappa KKG and Chi O are in the middle tier

Theta has been on the down slide. Their PC is probably better then last year it would have been hard to get worse but their babies are not hotter the A Phi or Pi phi or AXO.

I don't think DZ killed it. Their babies aren't half as hot as they were last year. I might put them below theta.

I think KKG got some good babies. I do think they are on the rise. They have had 2 good recruitments in a row.

I also think XO had a good recruitment.

DG did better then I thought they would. They may be duking out the bottom of the top five with DZ.

kappa and chi o are lucky to be slightly ahead of gphi and adpi and should not be trying to pretend they are good

literally don't get the whole battle between XO/KKG and AGD/SK kkg is far better. and sk is the same level as xo and agd. i don't get it. those three houses are all known for having the handfuls of pretty, fun girls along with handfuls of weirdos. i'm not seeing what makes one of those three better than the other honestly.
