Real list of fraternities that does not have 20 middler tier ones.
On and Off no order.

Top
Sig Chi, Sig Ep, TKE, Theta Chi, DKE, SAE, Lambda Chi,

Middler tier- Fiji, Alpha Sig, Pi Kapp.

Not that the others are not good but they are not even close to being on the level of any of these fraternities with tradition or just connections around campus or other places. I could be like the other post and give a middle tier of 20, but thats not real. I put so many in the top because a lot of them on or off campus have had or do have a lot of top tier qualities. No fraternity is perfect but most of these are in the right direction at least to being great.

They all did a real pledge process, rage, and have good sorority relations. They are kicked off, but so are a lot of the other good ones so you gotta give credit where it's due.

typical people hate on DKE or alpha sig like they are better than most chapters here. I would not say DKE is a top fraternity by any means but i would give them credit in the middle with alpha sig.

This just my opinion, but with all the top tier fraternities now kicked off, it's just silly to have Sig Ep as top and no one else.

So with that, the standards should drop slightly for top and middle to fill in the empty spaces. So maybe LXA, DKE, and FIJI all move to top, then some fraternities that were in the between bottom and middle should go fully into middle. Just my two cents.

no dude just cause Bentley's are not made anymore does not make Hondas luxury.. come on kid. Sig Ep is the only one worth rushing but they will be off campus by next semester with hazing and party trouble with ASU. All the good fraternities are off campus and the oens on right now are literally jokes.

LXA, DKE, AND FIJI should not be in dke or lxa category but no dke and lxa are not top. Sig Ep is the only on campus, the rest are off thats just the hard facts. Good post.

from a girls point of view this could not be more accurate. guys who hate on other frats on or off are doing it wrong. make your chapter better first before you hate and gossip on others ones. But SAE is not in the best position on this list.
