Theta is top 2 or 3 but since they also really consider grades they don't only get hot girls. Pi Phi and Alpha Phi have better "hot percentages". Theta will get some really smart and classy girls that are not quite the lookers.

Since you don't rank them that way this is obviously a lie. You group the top and then rank the bottom so there isn't a 1. It could be that only 2 girls put them as the house they didn't want to return to.

this could most defiantly be true because you rank your top 9 houses as a 1 on the first day. the 3 that you want to drop you rank a 2 3 and 4. putting a 1 could mean that they were your ninth choice it doesn't mean it was there favorite
