None of these threads address the real question: what are you looking for in a sorority?

Lots of drinking/partying/hooking up: Alpha Phi, AXO, DZ, DG, Pi Phi

Reputation as stuck up but totally hot: Theta, Pi Phi

Good Sisterhood/down to earth girls (but not known as models): ADPi, SK, AGD, ChiO

On-campus involvement outside of the sorority/ girls that will be successful beyond college: ChiO, AGD, Theta

Highest GPAs: Theta #1, AGD #2

Fun/chill: DG, AGD, ChiO

Biggest Alum base: ChiO, KKG, Theta

etc.

People on this site only say "top tier" based on the few hot girls in promo photos and who wears their letters the most obsessively. There's a lot more to choosing your house & a place where you will actually respect the women you are around. If you respect someone who can do a keg stand without help you are going to chose a very different house than if you really respect a house with women pursuing other passions (like service, leadership, careers etc.) alongside their sorority involvement.
