Yes or no in glv and why

by:

Hypothetically, if you were a president of a fraternity at ASU. Would you wanna own a townhouse at the glv. By being in the glv, you get to have a centralized location close to campus, you get more popular among students, can hold events in the village. By not being in the glv, the dues are cheaper, you don’t have the university breathing down your back, separated from other frats.

The GLV is just sad.
It’s expensive, you have to split your bathroom with way too many people.

You’re out of the dorms, who wants to split a bedroom again?

You can’t have any real parties.

Where are you getting it that the university breaths down your neck if you don’t have a GLV spot? That’s just not true.

Being in a frat, why would I want to be near other frats? (Near Sonorities is different) but try being a girl sneaking out of a house on a Saturday morning and not gettin caught by some catty other house. It’s not ideal.

How is that parking situation for your car going at GLV?

The GLV is fenced in like a prison. It sucks. At least it’s a short walk to class, that’s about it.

Go get an off campus plex walking distance to school, it’s much better/cheaper and your membership won’t be under the constant rule/control of ASU.
