Which fraternities off-campus/non-glv houses are the
by: NicknameWhich fraternities off-campus/non-glv houses are the best and have the biggest square footage? I know that some fraternities have townhouses in the glv, but most of those fraternities tend to have off-campus houses as well. Are there any fraternities that still have huge houses or plexs like other universities or like how asu fraternity houses used to be?

When I was a freshman the original asu “plex” was with sigma chi in 2021, I heard DKE had it before for a few years but I wasn’t here, so I don’t know. Sigma chi handed it off to Pike next.
I know sigma pi got it in 2024, but they can’t fill the GLV and the plex.
Heard the owner is looking for a group to take it this fall (2025), otherwise It’s gonna be vacant starting fall of 2025 unless someone new takes it over.
FIJI used to have one off lemon near the GLV, but that was years ago. Now they have one far away north of Tempe town lake.

When you say sigma pi can’t fill the glv or the plex, do you mean that they don’t have enough members? Also, which plex are you referring to when you say the “original asu plex”? Which street? Thank you!

That’s sad that the Fiji one on Lemmon is no longer a fraternity plex. It was such a great location. People could walk there from on campus housing compared instead of now where everyone has to drive to get to a fraternity house.

Is it just me or does this “yuh” person sound like a police officer or an ASU official?
Why would a student want to know about the street?

No the GLV is owned by ASU so it’s considered on campus housing & students are billed rent through their school account. No parties Pres Crow did that on purpose.
