Cant even imagine where Theta Chi is, its all up to this Fall rush to see if the 10 guys that are in it can make something worthwhile.

None, all off campus fraternities will not have any socials or date parties with sororities and will be irrelevant a year from now, not one has ever survived past that. It's just going to be a group of guys that party which you can do without being in one. Rush a house on campus if you want to enjoy college honestly.

as far as i can tell, the only off campus houses that will be operating as normal will be TKE and Sigma Chi, and the old Theta Chi as well. Of all 3, I would say TKE is in the best position. They still have their charter (old theta chi "alpha" obviously doesn't) and have a complex (afaik sigma chi won't). I would say an off campus fraternity NEEDS a complex to survive, to offset not having recognition. Not sure how you can really function without one if you're off campus (since the complex will increase visibility that will be greatly needed for an off campus fraternity).

it is sad but i agree with this kid completely, i woudl rather not be in a fraternity if they are not a top tier fraternity. off campus or not i would careless if i was embarassed to wear those letters or did not earn them.

In regards to this ''BROS'' post it hurt me to say this but after this site and knowing kids going to ASU as a freshman if i do not get a bid to a top house off or on I am not going to join. Last thing I want to be in is middle tier or bottom. Why would anyone set out to be in the lowest class for high school football, play the worst kids etc. strive to be the best you can be class of 2018 and lets show ASU how we are going to add to the RAGE scene.

theyre the kids who still tell middle school type immature jokes to each other and are mostly virgins.

I'd agree with that, however I think Chi Phi is too high. Also, I think that Delta Sig should be in the number 8 spot.
