I know that there are other houses besides "top houses" however, if you're looking on here for those like I was when I was a freshman here they are.
Girls: top 5
Theta, Pi Phi, Alpha Phi, AXO, & DZ
(those aren't in a specific order because each boy you talk to will have a different favorite. If you rush any of these houses you're set! They are all VERY different. They all have really different types of girls.)
Boys: (on campus) SIgEP, Theta Chi, Lambda Chi
These are also really really different. SigEp is known to be more CA/west coasters they hangout with the top girls, Theta Chi is more East Coast and rages, & Lambda is known for being the guys girls end up dating.
... I don't want to talk bad about anyone but as far as DKE goes, don't listen to their self ranks on here. They have a lot of solid guys and they party hard but they will never be a "top house"... They just think they are.

Why would I join theta chi if they have like 5 dudes. There not winning any sports and there going to throw bangers with 5 of them can't wait :))

Trolls find something better to hate on you. First you hate on DKE all the time or Lambda for no pledge process than TKE lol. Or Sig Ep is all stoners etc. you guys are all jokes and butt hurt your not in the top. Theta Chi will be just fine. It happens, stuff happens but sitting on here and being mad your not listed in top frats and hating only makes you losers look worse than your lame fraternity your in. Quit hating and go rush some dope kids, oh wait no one wants to join a house that has 80 pound rejects like alpha sig or something like that.

You guys love to hate on us, and of course Theta Chi old and new is going to be top they kept the top guys and good select amount of guys that are going to build the fraternity. What is going to be top alpha sig lmfao? Fiji comeon? Theta Chi has been on campus for like 60 years they are going to be solid considering look at their competition. No one else would touch them or the rest of those frats right now at ASU.
As for how you hate on us DKE, its funny its always people saying how bad we are just cause we still your girls, dress better than you, and our parents make more than your whole bottom tier fraternity combined. Stop wasting your time cause we know we are top. I have no problems giving credit where it is due, Lambda Chi is weak for pledging but im not going to sit on here and say they are not better than frats like alpha sig or dtd they crush them. As far as us, sig ep, lambda, and theta chi its obvious. Theta Chi could have one person and i would join before any frat not listed. Sig Ep could get kicekd off i would join if they had one member same with Lambda Chi. I would be proud to wear those letters by no means what i pledge if i was going to wear Bi kapp, kappa sig, pike, etc. you could have 100 plus members your still bottom to everyone. Anyone or girls telling you different is lying your faces.
