Here's the straight and narrow from a girl in a good sorority, so you can all stop bickering. Honestly, none of the fraternities that are still on campus are phenomenal. The only reason houses like Lambda and Alpha Sig are even MENTIONED these days is because all the good ones have gotten kicked off. Crap houses are becoming top by default.
Best House is hands down Sig Ep, then DKE, then Lambda. After that is FIJI and Alpha Sig, then PiKapp. Theta Chi has been reduced to like 10 members so they don't count. The rest of the fraternities are irrelevant.
Never in a million years would I have considered DKE or Lambda top, but unfortunately almost the entire top tier of fraternities other than sig ep was eliminated this year. There may be nobody left, but that doesn't make the new top houses good.

This was not a girl that wrote this, this was a self ranking loser guy with too much time on his hands. Saying a post with losers like Lambda Chi and Alpha Sig in it is a good start. This is prob a self ranking Alpha Sig. First off, I would rather join DKE, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, and Theta Chi any day before any of the rest you named. Theta Chi and Sig Chi could have 2 members and i would join before I go to some crappy house. Sig Ep and DKE are introuble but Sig Ep is on the verge of geting kicked off that is why they got rid of the complex too.
Easily, the top houses will be DKE, Sig Ep, and Theta Chi( if they rebuild the right way). Lambda Chi is great but they do not get the same type of guys they are top in a different sense. I do not hate on them at all, actually a bunch of good guys and have worked hard to get their names out there. DKE is top because other fraternities are kicked off, otherwise DKE would have a long way to go, the kids are not the best looking, or best athletes, sorority relations is just medicore.
