theta chi reorganized

All this is someone trolling this site, Theta Chi is good. Go to walk around and look at the guys they are not gaey, they look normal and still will run Theta Chi to be a top house. This site is full of DKE try hard scrawnny jokes. They look the other way when they see any other frat. They get their asses kicked by PIKES.

if the guys kicked out are really the ones keeping the complex, I'm really interested to see how things pan out as a local fraternity (without national affiliation but still operating as an organization without national ties). It works for frats at UPenn, Texas, and many others. No reason you need to merge with a national. Good luck. It'll be hard finding insurance for the local chapter though.

I don't think they would even try to get insurance. Makes things so much cheaper. In my fraternity we have to pay over $250 in the summer just for insurance and frankly im jealous of those who dont have to or at least that amount.
