who lives where?

Parents wouldn't let me rush freshman year, wanted me to stay focused. Im ready to go this semester and interested in a few fraternities but don't want to end up at one that mostly functions in satellite houses since I don't have a car. Also is being a sophomore going to be a problem?

Top houses- DKE- no plex, satellite houses, mainly live at Vista( sucks to live there)
Sig Chi- no plex
TKE- off campus( bought a plex but not wroth it since thy are totally gone)
Sig Ep- no plex, only houses
Theta Chi- plex, a good amount of houses

satellite houses? what are the names of these houses, how close are they to campus? and are they pretty nice? expensive?

Sig Ep, Theta Chi, Sig Chi, DKE( has had some dope satellite houses in the past, basketball court etc. since they got rid of the plex) and dude they are just houses that guys in a fraternity live lol. It is not like a house for the fraternity just a house guys live at.
