Theta Chi and Sig Chi kicked out members they will be on campus in fall. TKE has a new complex that is dope AF. Stop putting Lambda Chi in second we all know this is Lambda Chi trying to put Lamda Guy over DKE. No one thinks that Lambda Chi is superior to DKE or any other top house. Its a joke and makes you look bad. DKE crushes every house or is the same as the top houses. Easily for fall. I do not like putting orders on the top houses because they all appeal to different types of guys.
Top houses easily- DKE, Sig Ep, Theta Chi, and Sig Chi. Sorry Lambda Chi you guys do not pledge, no complex, live in vista, and have more gaeys than active. You are not at all a top house upper middle at best. Solid Kappa Sig? come on.... Solid? Alpha Sig this is a joke. Fiji, and Lambda Chi are top middle the rest are jokes. They are middle or bottom tier the rest.
