Alpha Sig, Fiji, Theta Chi, Kappa Alpha, and I think DTD.
I have heard rumors about PiKap, ADPhi and Kappa Sig getting one but do not know for sure.

alpha sig Fiji and now alpha delt. Kappa alphas is very small. I wonder what'll happen to theta chis since there is now like 4 "theta chis" kappa sig is not getting one

FIJI has one on Lemon
TKE (off campus) just got a new remodeled one on Lemon 2 doors down
Alpha Delt may or may not have got Sig Chi's old one between FIJI & TKE (unconfirmed(
Alpha Sig has theirs on Apache
Delta Chi got SAE's old complex on Lemon a quarter mile away from the rest

at no other school in the nation would any amount of Pros outweigh the intensified scrutiny having a house brings. Having a central location is a necessity for a real greek experience, and is worth any cons.

I would rather be in a fraternity with a complex, then one with no complex and IFC recognition. But it is possible to have both (fiji and alpha sig are decent frats and have done it for years.)

You have theta chi with you as well. Im pretty sure two of them are on IFC and ran their old fraternity to the ground
