so misinformed

Sig Chi- is not making a new fraternity..
TKE-is gone off campus but still operating with their nationals' charter
Theta Chi- still on campus but only has their exec members, their other members mayyy start a new fraternity
FIJI-not even kicked off at all
SAE-been off campus and without a charter for almost a year, not even a question now...

Anyway, I know they are getting a 54 person complex on Lemon so they are not gonna disappear.

Their appeal fell through, they are still not allowed on campus.

But they are still recognized by their nationals and apparently they are filing a lawsuit against the school
