Which fraternities(all tiers, in and out of the school) will have a complex next year (fall 2014)?

Pretty much anyone who's anyone will have a complex, even the middle and bottom tiers are catching up.

From my memory...Sig Chi, Sig Ep, DKE(?), TKE(?) Alpha Delt, Alpha Sig, FIJI, Pi Kapp, DTD, Kappa Sig, Theta Chi

is not getting one. Sig Chi lost theirs. Neither is Kappa Sig

I heard they are losing their complex. Not sure though. TKE out bid pi kapp for a complex on lemon. ADPhi is moving into sig chis old plex

ADPhi actually lost that complex due to lease complications is what i heard ^^

Whoever commented before doesn't know what they're talking about

Top Tier:
-Theta Chi (depends on if they keep theirs and stay off campus or give it up to be on campus.
-TKE (off campus)

Middle Tier:
-FIJI
-Alpha Sig

Bottom Tier:
-Delta Chi (SAE's old complex)
-Alpha Delt (Sig Chi's old complex)

So on Lemon there will be three fraternities right next door to each other (FIJI, Alpha Delt, TKE), all in different tiers, interesting to see what will happen.

Spot on with that post. It sucks that so little frats are keeping or getting complexes. Theta Chi great complex, Sig Chi old one is nice, TKE getting a great complex, and Sig Ep is not keep theres. DKE does not have one. It limits the school so much. But Fijis one of the worst complexes. Alpha Sig has a nice plex but its dirty and on a main road. And Delta Chi, Alpha delt both so bottom it does not matter even if they get one.

The 97% of Theta Chi that chose to secede from ASU is keeping their complex. They will either remain an off-campus fraternity or get new letters.

The correlation between complexes and getting in trouble is so high most will not end up with one. ASU sucks

complexes are the worst for getting introuble, it is what got all the frats kicked off.

Lots of those who got in trouble did have complexes but there are just as many that have some that are relatively clean with the school (DTD,KA,Alpha Sig, FIJI,etc)
There may be some "work in progress" fraternities that have complexes but I find it hard for any fraternity to be at the top of their game without a central location. So this could be big for ADPhi and DX.

Honestly, the only reason those fraternities are clean with the school despite having a complex is because they don't rage as hard. What makes a top tier fraternity? Honestly, looks and sports help a little, but at the end of the day what makes their tier is how hard they rage and which sororities rage with them. Notice how it was pretty much ONLY top tiers that got in trouble this year?

I just heard Figi might be getting kicked off campus too! Because of some big bust at there last event . They only have under 20 rooms so its small and they have a divey small pool !. And one Common room area .
