Surprisingly accurate review. I don't think theta chi seceded from ASU but they recently went through a membership review and kicked out 80% of their chapter to save face with the university. FIJI and A Sig will definitely continue to rise as they will be the best fraternities with complexes. Sig ep will be hurt a bit with the loss of their plex but will remain top house for sure. My list of projected top houses to rush next fall:

1. Sig Ep
2. FIJI
3. Lambda
4. A Sig
5. DKE

Putting Alpha Sig in that list just made the kids list invalid. DKE and Sig Ep hands down are the best for next year. Sig Ep for cali bros/jocks and DKE for kids who dress frat/smart. All the other frats on campus are a joke. Theta Chi, TKE, SAE, SIG Chi, and Fiji are gone. All tops frats besides Fiji but Fiji easily top middle tier runs middle tier. With that being said it is looking sad for fall. But no kids Alpha Sig is not going to get the best rushees that are irrevelant and weird.

Can this same person make an "Incoming Freshmen" for sororities, please

God that is accurate but the only that really matters is the kicked off one. Word on the street is a bunch of the frats getting kicked off will be back in fall and taking kids for new frats. So these bottom tier and middle tier wannabe top houses still will not get the best kids. I know a few of them are teaming up together for fall. It should be interesting. My personal list for frats if they were still around.

1) SAE
2) Sig Chi
3) Theta Chi

Good frats on campus and off are SAE, SIG CHI, DKE, SIG EP, THETA CHI, AND TKE. Top houses and power houses at ASU.

Instead of me bashing frats that are on and off. I would just say that obviously there are different level of frats for different type of kids. Top tier frats usually are the dbag kids in high school that played football, lacrosse etc. The middle tier is kids that were on the teams but never really made it on the field or to the dopest parties. The bottom tier is the rejects in high school that wanted to join a frat so they had friends. They are the kids in DTD etc. not that they are not nice guys but DTD, KA, KAPPA SIG( king of bottom tier), PIKE. By all means great guys just a different type of person for each level of frats. I got friends in Kappa Sig and DTD, sick dudes but not the best athletes and not the best with girls.
