As of next year Theta Chi, Sig Chi, and TKE are no longer part of ASU. With that being said these were top houses at ASU and will remain top in the social aspect. DKE and Sig Ep are both on probo right now and prob will end up the same way as the rest. Being part of ASU is only hurting greek life because micheal crow simply does not want greek life on campus. Not everyone can act like KA and Lambda Chi.

TKE stopped partying because they're appealing the school's decision, but they have a complex for next year so it looks like they're finally accepting what Theta Chi and Sig Chi have already figured out and are just gonna operate independently

Exactly. TKE has a sick complex next year so obviously they're going to start having big parties. If they were the only fraternity off campus doing that it wouldn't work, but now with 2 other fraternities operating off campus, it changes everything and makes it more appealing to operate without asu because off campus fraternities will start to have more leverage.
