theta chi no longer asu fraternity
by: disappointedTheta Chi decided to no longer be a part of fraternity life at ASU... this is so stupid I can't even handle it. Whatever respect anyone had left for you scumballs is officially gone. Have fun being irrelevant.

Can you honestly blame them? If Theta Chi, TKE, and Sigma Chi are all fully operating but not recognized by the school, this will be very very interesting next year to see who else decides to do that. Sororities won't have a choice in not affiliating with off-campus fraternities.

I'm hoping this starts a trend. It's not like the school actually provides anything. If ASU owned fraternity houses, this would matter since they could evict the off campus fraternities. Since all housing is off campus anyways, I don't see what the point of IFC recognition is other than "everyone else has it."

Missing out on certain things like homecoming and Greek intramurals might be kinda crappy but if the school is actively trying to get rid of you, why would you put up with them? A word of advice to all of those guys: now that the school isn't a concern, try to get on the good side of the community and the police. Otherwise expect them to work with the school to try to shut down your parties with an insane amount of fines

I don't know if y'all were around when Sig Nu was the last house on the row but the sororities were not allow to go there because they were in trouble. I wonder how this is gonna turnout for all the sororities and what they will do. Next year is going to be very interesting.

But they were the only fraternity kicked off campus at the time, and there were other good fraternities to go to. If all the good ones are gone, it's not gonna make girls suddenly start showing up to Pi Kapp or something

SAE, TKE, SIG CHI, THETA CHI, AND WHO IS NEXT? DKE is on probo and so is Sig EP. ASU is doing everything is can but i know the tkes, sig chis, and theta chis are already hanging out together. That is how the rest of greek life has to be unite together and fight this. MICHEAL CROW HAS NOTHING AGAINST US. ASU wants no greek life regardless.

SAE doesn't have their charter and I don't believe AEPi does either so they really can't do much other than the occasional party. TKE and probably Sigma Chi have support from their nationals to still recruit and operate, not sure what will happen to Theta Chi but they need to try to have it too. It's tough to make kids join a fraternity without being able to offer national membership as well.
