plexes

by: rushee fall 14

I'm from the east and i'm used to the traditional houses. So how do these "plexes" work? After the pledge period is over are the new actives allowed to move in the next semester? Or do the new actives wait until the old ones move out and there's room again? I'd appreciate an explanation because if i'm not living with my brothers that would take away a lot from the true fraternity experience.

If you can get out of the lease from where you lived your pledge semester and there's available room at the complex (which there is a lot of times), you can move in. But most freshman unfortunately end up stuck in the dorms for another semester before they can move into a complex, and these days it's not uncommon to lose your complex before the next year. If you have better options than ASU, take them.
