theta chi
by: Future rusheeis it a must for me to be a jersey kid that lifts a lot to get into theta chi next semester? I'm pretty athletic, pretty good at basketball, and pretty smart. How selective are they?

Come on now you sound ridiculous. I have no idea if Theta Chi does gym hours but if they do, it's not a big deal

DKE, Sig Ep, Sig Chi( just got kicked off campus), and Theta Chi. All are respected houses with serious pledge processes, I would say that Lambda Chi could be top but they have no real pledge process. But any good house on campus is going to make you work for your letters. From bottom frats like Kappa Sig, to middle houses like Alpha Sig, to top houses like DKE. They all are semi respected because they actaully pledge.

Sig Chi is gone so those three houses are going to get the best kids hands down. Fall rush is going to be extremely interesting, but Sig Chi deserved what they got.

Yeah that pretty accurate, i like all those houses personally. All rage hard and pull honeys. Kappa Sig? is far from a middle tier house, it is more bottom than middle. But yeah Lambda is a good house, just does not pledge like the rest, oh well. Sucks about Sig Chi but they are totally gone.
