Theta Chi, Sig Ep, and a bunch of others are having complexes. Sig Ep is moving to a smaller one, Theta Chi is keep theirs. This site has so much false information on it.

Whenever you try to deal with the school's complete disregard for our housing on your own, it attracts a lot of heat. Expect a lot of turnover every single year

I know for a fact that Alpha Sig and Fiji will still have complexes. During a meeting with the IFC we were told that Sig Ep has to move into the Villas along with Sig Chi, Theta Chi, and DKE. Unless they were just lying to us but that is what we were told

sigep, sigma chi, theta chi, and dke all have enough members to fill a requirement at Villas and fill a complex. Not in any of these fraternities, but 100% of members don't have to live at Villas, which means they can still have a complex.

people have the freedom to live where they choose. If a group of guys that happen to be in the same fraternity want to live in the same apartment complex, and occupy 100% of it, that is their choice.

We signed our leases to the one right next to it, the one that they're remodeling.

Sig Ep already signed a lease with a smaller nicer complex, theta chi is staying there next year at their plex, and sig chi is getting kicked off. DKE doesnt have a complex. Fiji is irrevleant and weak, ALpha sig is just bottom tier losers with a pink panther plex so nobody cares.
