fraternities rush

Hello,
I am considering joining a fraternity next year and I would want to know how fraternities without a house or a complex throw good parties. I noticed that some of these fraternities are considered at the top. Is there a huge difference between fraternities that have a complex and the others?

Making fun of DKE and Theta Chi is lame. Both of those frats regardless of DKE mergining they are a top house and Theta Chi was on TFM for having some girl who was mad at the kid post pictures about his dirty room. All complexes are crappy, they are FRAT COMPLEXES, what do you expect? Relax with all the hate, you just sound sad you are in delta sig or PIKE. But in my opinion only houses i would rush are Sig Ep, DKE, Theta Chi, and Sig Chi( if they do not get kicked off).

DKE, Theta Chi, Sig Chi, and Sig Ep will all have complexes. Sig ep just bought a new complex , and i would rush DKE anyday before i rushed Alpha Sig or Fiji.

Alpha Sig is not even close to being along the lines with the others. I would throw Fiji in another list with Alpha Sig but Fiji is still far superior than Alpha Sig.
