sig ep / sig chi moving out

So regardless if they're in trouble or not, the rumor now has it that sig chi and sig ep are both moving out of their complexes. Anyone know if this is true and if so why they are moving out?

Probably because every complex everywhere is disgusting, so if you can move somewhere marginally better you have to take it.
