Cabo is the ultimate spring break by far and filled with all the best frats and soroity girls. Your prob in Pike, Kappa Sig, Delta Chi, or Dsig.

Get a job you poor, Havasu is abosolutley not sick if you are over 19 years old. And Cabo is by far the sickest and best spring break spot.
