best houses?

Which fraternity and sorority has the biggest and best house on Alpha Drive? I'm looking to rush next semester and I would like some insight on the Greek living here. Are fraternity houses really that dirty? I heard they smell like booze, sweat, and low standards....

Chi Phi and Sigma Tau are the two best and most established frats here on campus. Biggest house on Alpha Drive. No one comes close. All the sororities live at Adelphi Commons and they're house are all the same

The best/biggest house on Alpha Drive was Sigma Nu. All the houses on Alpha Drive have been torn down, and Sigma Nu is also gone. The fraternity with the biggest house now (complex) is SigEp...the fraternity with the best house is either Sigma Chi or Alpha Sig. These "houses" are former apartment complexes, with every room rented by the fraternity. They are as dirty as you would expect a place to be that houses 30+ college students who drink all the time and party.

alpha sig sig chi and sig ep have the best complexs... but chi phi and sig tau are the best fraternities on campus! these guys are gentlemen!

Sig Chi, Sig Ep, and Theta Chi. Alpha Sig is on a main road and nice but not the best.
