The transfer process

by: Sunset

I’m going to transfer to ASU in the fall. I’m currently in a sorority and was wondering what the process looks like when switching chapters.

you usually switch to the sorority you were in at your other school if it’s offered at asu. If it’s not you have to rush again I think

i don't think that's entirely true. if asu has a chapter of your sorority, you should contact them. if not, you can't rush again. once you are in a sorority, it's for life.

@Sunset-If you were initiated into a National Panhellenic Conference Sorority, then you contact the chapter at ASU to see if you can affiliate.

If your NPC Sorority is not present at ASU, then you will be considered an alumna of your sorority. Once initiated, you cannot join another NPC group.
