here's the real rankings, no more bull

I'm not gonna bother bashing on various frats. This post is to strictly educate. I'm currently in greek life but rushed a smaller frat on campus.
This is to end the debate of top houses:
(in no order)

Sig Ep - solid group of guys and they have the sweetest complex. They get decent grades and party hard. They are always a contender in sports and girls go crazy over their serenades.

Theta Chi - wether people like it or not, theta chi has quickly become a top tier fraternity. They have a pretty good complex and you can always find something fun to do with these guys. Arguably throw the best parties and are always doing fun trips and events.

DKE - best dressed on campus and should continue to rise with their complex they are working on for next year. Very solid brotherhood and have great sorority relationships.

Lambda Chi - The gentleman of ASU. Have been on a sharp rise and they now have earned their spot as a top house. They live by the work hard, play hard motto. I must add that they don't haze, but their brotherhood is still very strong nontheless

Sig Chi - these guys know how to have fun. If you like to party, these are your guys. Unfortunately on the decline because they can't stay out of trouble

For the fraternities not mentioned, you guys all have your own great qualities, however this post was only intended for the top houses. Any house can become a top house with hard work and the right guys. Goodluck to those of you working towards a spring bid!
