With PiKapp (not PIKE) getting a new complex in the fall on Lemon Street, could they become a top tier house by the fall / next spring?

Nah, PiKapp is unknown and doesn't rage with any top sororities. Top Houses for this Spring and upcoming fall are: SigEp, Theta Chi, DKE, Lambda Chi

Honestly, do not like a few but are solid now, DKE,THETA CHI, SIG EP, AND Lambda Chi is top in a different sense. Great GPA and some solid men, not your typical frat guys.

Just looking at this post makes me sick, a top house cause you have a complex like get real...You guys have years to become a top house and would have to recruit a lot better.
