greek rank drama is one thing. but have you actually seen aops at a party? last time I did there were girls in tears fighting about some guy. then one girl was so sloppy she got escorted out and banned. so embarrassing!

A big reason why AGD had to dissolve is because they couldn't keep members or grow the chapter, hmmmmmm I wonder why?

There were problems internally because of how rude people on the outside were, which caused girls in the sorority to be unhappy and disagree on a "route" the chapter should take in order to fix the problem that eventually became unfixable because of mean people on the OUTSIDE.

Try being nicer and stop being elitists and thinking you're better than other people to the point where you will just write on the internet that they're the worst and not to join or affiliate with them. That is HARMFUL for people's psychology.

Yes, the "outside" people "caused" the issues. Do you hear yourself and realize how immature that sounds. All the houses have haters. Whatever. Obviously AGD did not have a strong foundation otherwise they would not have crumbled. Other houses have problems but yet they overcome them. So get off your high horse and victim mentality and grow up. Learn to have insight and be able to self reflect. You have demonstrated perfectly why AGD is gone.

As a greek lifer myself, I can confidently say agd has had problems for awhile that have nothing to do with the so called outsiders but agd themselves. Not all but many, I would say the majority, were super mean and conceited. Walked around GLV like they were the best and looked down on the others. Any hate they got was sparked by how they treated others. Not sure what you expect when you treat others the way they did.

Um yeah, I can go along with what you said but do you understand it was AGD that caused AGD to fold but yet here an AGD is pointing fingers?!?! Like someone else said, they have been nothing but jerks to other houses here. So um yeah, sucks to see greek life shrink but that is what happens when you have members who act the way they did. Some might call it Karma perhaps.

Let's take your lion example. Let's say the lion is just mean. There is no abuse, he just has a mean streak. He attacks anyone and everyone. Eventually he has to be put down because he is too dangerous. Or he is sent to live somewhere with no contact with others because you need to protect the others. Is that everyone elses fault even though the zoo gave him all the love possible? Of course not. Look at what occurred there. It was completely internal. 🤦‍♀️

Stop trying to reason with her. She is a former agd and won't comprehend that the only people to blame are agd. I also have several friends who were part of this chapter and can confirm what the other poster said about what went down with the fighting and nationals. People get hate all the time and do not behave the way the agds did. But don't bother responding to her and trying to ve logical. She will never grasp reality with her heralding self.

All I'm trying to say is that bullying chapters, regardless of which chapter, is unhealthy for the members' mental health. This is ALL. But you are so pressed and it is hilarious, honestly.

Dude, stop arguing with her. I date an AGD and my sister was an AGD and even they both say AGD has no one to blame but AGD. My guess would be this person is one of the bullies mentioned above but is probably to dense to realize it LMAO

Welp, I have learned that I am thankful this sorority closed up here cause I would not want to join a place that so many have had these kinds of experiences with. And ya, the former member posting just kinda reinforces that.
