Heard sororities know who they want ahead of time

I’ve heard that the top sororities know who they want ahead of rush. Is that true? I know that the top ones are already following the pretty pnms. It’s totally obvious.
This whole rush thing at asu seems very intimidating.

Don’t quote me on this because I’m not sure if this is true at ASU, but I know at other schools, “top” sororities can only take in a smaller amount of girls than the “bottom” sororities because let’s be real most girls would want to be in the more popular houses. Idk if that has anything to do with it but take that as you will

If you look at all the sorority instagrams wow! You can totally see the difference in looks! The top sororities have the prettiest members and then it goes down from there. Now I know there may be a few that aren’t as pretty but if you look at the mid tier on down, you can totally tell the difference. This high school all over again.
I’m sure there are some really nice girls in every sorority but you can’t say they don’t recruit based on looks.
