Is AGD actually dissolving their charter? What happened?

They had low membership #s for years since 2018 and the pandemic was tough on them. Their members were stuck paying full dues because they couldn’t reduce them. I believe ASU had been pushing to resolve the chapter because of the issues with membership and their nationals finally agreed.
