How selective are they? and whats stopping them from being top tier?

Seeing as last semester they took 20 more pledges than they had actives..... Not at all

Theta chi had undeniably the best pledge class last semester, so what does that say about them?

Ask any sorority girl, I'm not even in Theta Chi and I know this. Any girl will say they had the hottest pledge class.

theta chi is pretty good. if you like them you should join. if not, don't.

Sick pledge class, I did not rush them but had a couple of my roommates join them. They had 40 kids get in and had 85 actives..I choose a different fraternity but it is not a bad group of guys. I would say TKE,DKE,Sig Chi,Theta Chi, and Sig Ep. Fiji used to be good but they fell off hard. The ones I listed are the best ones on ASU right now hands down. The best pledge classes from girls are Sig Ep and Theta Chi.

Pretty accurate on that, I did not choose them and rushed them. I am not really into sports and that fraternity is very involved with intramurals. I think they are good, very rowdy, and heard they rage a lot. The old Theta Chi was not good but the new one is solid.

all they do is lift and party. thats not a fraternity, thats a frat

A lot of party and kids who look like they juice but have buddies in theta chi that are bros. Just depends what your into they love sports like sip ep and maybe are aortas to into it for some
Peoples liking. All the top tier stuff is so lame like choose a fraternity for the guys you like to be around.

They lost a lot of active members from a few years ago, not really sure what happened there, but they've managed to recover pretty well. You would probably have a good time if you joined
