It's impossible to have your PC picked out before rush starts, because not every girl your chapters want will want your chapter back (EVEN if you are a 'top' house), so don't worry about those rumors. Yes, they have certain PNMs that they love or know already and make a priority, but that's really just up to the 10-20 girls that are in charge of rush. Its not like the entire chapter sits around and says yes or no before recruitment even starts.

Anyways, pretty much everyone dirty rushes to some degree because one or two members may go rogue and start bid promising girls. BUT some chapter have had some really bad dirty rushing problems the past few years. As in, inviting girls over to their GLV's before recruitment even starts and then getting caught by pan. I won't say who because it doesn't matter! Just remember if someone is bid promising you, it is NOT a guarantee. So many girls end up with broken hearts after being bid promised because the process of recruitment is so complicated.

ngl…don’t agree it should be a federal crime lol but the point of recruitment is mutual selection. you can’t possibly know if you’ll fit better somewhere else or if there’s a pnm who may fit better (shocking, but not every 18 year old lives on social media or cultivated their “presence”) without going thru the process. just don’t dirty rush snd it’s fine. It’s only a couple of weeks.

Sororities are dirty rushing at other universities too. It’s been that way for awhile.
