downtown v tempe

are the downtown phoenix & tempe/main campus pretty separate, in terms of social life, greek life, etc? my major is gonna be downtown and i'm afraid i'm gonna be excluded or have fomo out there, even though i'm planning to rush. hopefully second year i can move into an apartment at Union or something

Downtown sucks so bad. You’re so excluded even though it’s only 15 min away

Yeah downtown campus is pretty excluded, however rushing is still doable IMO. Downtown isn’t the best but at least you’re not on West or Polytech campus.

If you are journalism, switch majors to business so you can live in Hassy. You can make up the two freshmen journalism classes easily sophomore year when you switch back to journalism. Idk about any of the other downtown majors.

you'll be fine. it's pretty easy to get to tempe from dt and a lot of girls do it. don't stress and definitely don't change majors!

i have no issues being dt and part of greek life. just need to have good time management skills. no need to change your major.
