tell me about off campus housing

what's it like in the off campus apartments?
which ones are "top tier"/worth it?
are they lit/a community or boring?
i may or may not move into the glv, and want to consider other options
also, my major has be at dt phoenix but i may minor in dance at tempe plus i vibe w that campus better

Union
Oliv
Mid:
Apollo
Rise
Bottom:
District
Sterling
Idk I forget all the other ones but they don’t really matter that much. Also atmosphere is a new one being built rn which will be available starting in the fall. It’s right next to the union and close to oliv. Might be worth checking out
