by: new

I will be incoming this fall. Can I live in GLV right when I pledge a frat? and is living there that awful? The frats who aren't in GLV are they more fun than the ones who are in GLV? Like what frats have off campus houses?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i am pretty sure you 1) have to be sophomore or higher, and 2) most chapters require a number of points/service/etc to be eligible to move into the house. living there isn't bad, i'm a girl and i know that the frat houses in the glv are MUCH cleaner than the regular houses at other schools. bad side is you don't have a lot of space/lawn or privacy, no chefs, parties, etc. also coming from alabama, its much cheaper. its always fun living w your brothers/sisters, but there's pros and cons to it, depends on the person & chapter.
