serious question about glv 21-22
by: ceriusare chapters having difficulty filling their glv houses for next year? i mean, we have plenty of members, but after this year's experience in the glv, many don't want to live in again and those that haven't don't want to risk it and be in an environment with so many housemates, bathrooms shared with so many other members, and non-residents not allowed in the house. i'm concerned that if not enough people want to live in the house, our membership dues are going to increase to the point where members will drop and then they will go even higher!

hadn't heard about geed freshmen moving in. that explains another post about the glv eventually going away. i understand that 20/21 brought lots of hits to the asu housing revenue stream: so many freshman moved out in fall or didn't return in spring, housing had to be reserved for quarantine. and i get that it's a business, but if they were able to survive those hits, would be the decent thing to do to help out the greek system next year. it's good to be known for many things--#1 in innovation, great PAC-12 sports, and a healthy greek system--to attract new students! what if the innovation rank ever drops? we're left with nothing...
