i mean why would any students design houses with no singles (except for the president), shared bathrooms (with waaaay too many people sharing) and no parking! lol. it's a great idea having the houses near eachother, but so lame compared to other houses across the U.S. oh, and no "commercial kitchens" to make chapter meals. I can go on and on and on and on....

ASU is a housing company that has no interesting in allowing Greek housing to exist as it did previously. How else would they charge apartment rates for a shared room with no bathroom? Oh and you can’t hire a chef bc that would cut into their meal ticket profits.

ASU is interested in 2 things control and money. Anything that threatens that is suppressed and snuffed out.

GLV will be the slow death of Greeklife. I give it 4 more years until ASU makes their money back and razes the thing.

They won’t demo or raze the glv. They will just repurpose it and make it dorms. That was their backup plan the entire time.

Think of how cool those dorm brochures will look to 16 and 17 year olds high school students coming in from Chicago, California and New York. “Stay in old frat houses as a dorm, share a kitchen with “only” 30 other people”. You can just imagine the brochures now with the computer generated humans walking along with CGI palm trees and a picnic table in the quad.
