Now that we know who’s getting kicked off (Chi Phi, Kappa Sig) and who’s in hot water (Lambda, SAE) I wanted to give an honest and updated fraternity ranking.
Top:
Delta Sig
Sig Chi
Upper:
Lambda
Fiji
PiKapp
Pike
Mid:
Phi Tau
SAE
KA
Sig Pi
Lower:
Sig Nu
Sig Tau
Alpha Sig
Delt
Climbing:
Phi Kappa Theta
Beta
Reasoning: The top two have done nothing to lose their top status so they remain the same for now. Lambda gets dropped a tier because they’ve honestly been overrated for a while now, and they do seem to be in hot water at the moment. Fiji has been climbing and could potentially pass Lambda if Fiji manages to stay out of trouble. PiKapp survives by social bidding juniors from houses that were kicked off. Pike is just Pike. Some of the mid houses might honestly be better than them but they can stay put for now. Phi Tau and SAE benefit the most from Chi Phi and Kappa Sig getting kicked off because those 4 fraternities fought over the same girls, pnms, and overall relevancy. Both Phi Tau and SAE could rise more if they both just stay out of trouble. KA is a shell of its former self and in danger of dropping another tier, while Sig Pi is a “middle tier” house simply because nobody below them has stepped up. Sig Nu honestly needs to try less if they want to rise, while Sig Tau seems to have just given up. Alpha Sig and Delt are just more ratchet versions of KA and Sig Pi. Lastly Phi Kappa Theta and Beta are two of the more nerdy fraternities that could gain more relevance in the coming semesters.

i just don’t understand the Sig Nu/KA/Sig Tau rankings being that low... like all of their parties destroy Phi Taus at the very least and all those fraternities have had ample more sweetheart comp wins too, and I’d entertain arguments against pike as well because they just haven’t really done much in a while. I think Fiji over Pi Kapp is a bit bold but ur analysis of Pi Kapp wasn’t wrong. it’s all subjective tho i guess

Fiji has been doing very good the past few semesters, from a chapter that was dropping hard my freshman year, they’re back on track
Phi tau has currently have an ivy man, turtle king and dagger man
I don’t know why Signu get that much hate, they’re the poor mens pikap
Lastly, “throwing down hard” does not equate to being a good fraternity.

Lol phi tau doesn’t throw hard at all but neither does sig tau sig pi, houses like delt throws harder but just have more ratchet dudes

They have a shield of Daddy’s money and political connections and present themselves as very well spoken and intelligent guys that’s why! A lot of frats are like this.

All of those fraternities also bid kids who didn’t get into the Pikes, SAEs, and Phi Taus of ASU. KA hasn’t thrown a party worth a damn since losing their plex. Sig Tau is literally a poor man’s Phi Tau in every aspect, and most top tier girls literally don’t even know Sig Pi is a fraternity at ASU.
