Best Party Houses (non debatable)

FIJI is the best night party fraternity at ASU. They’ve got good houses, are consistent, and attract more top tier girls than most other houses.

Sig Chi is the best dayger fraternity at ASU. They have good houses for daygers, really good decorations, and almost every one of their daygers is filled with Alpha Phis, DZs and other top house girls.

Delta Sig is probably the second best night party fraternity, and definitely up there with daygers as well. They have good houses and try really really hard. Not as much high quality girls though.

PiKapp used to be up there when it came to daygers, but they’ve definitely fallen off a lot. They still have some really good parties but they really only attract the B teams of high end sororities these days.

Fiji and Sig Chi are top houses, PiKapp and Delta Sig are upper, and Chi Phi is realistically mid, so it goes to show that house rank doesn’t fully determine how good your parties are. Lambda is a top house and they throw probably the worst parties out of any house considered mid or above (that’s around 12 fraternities).
