how does someone rank every fraternity?

Genuine question, how does someone rank every fraternity? There’s just so many. Asu is such a big school I can’t see anyone knowing where exactly a fraternity should be placed on a tier list. Am i the only one that wonders who’s making these lists?

You got 2 options here.
1. A geed
2. A frat guy in a "top" fraternity who gets zero girls, and wants to prove to other guys he's a Chad.
