from what i've seen (and i've seen alot) theta and dg pcs looked really bad in the fall. seems like virtual changed all of the houses. current situation at asu: there's not that much difference between any srats lookswise anymore. some are nicer than others personalitywise. the "top" houses tend to think they are all that. and they're not.
