Delta Sig is the best night party fraternity at ASU. They’ve got good houses, are consistent, and attract more top tier girls than most other houses.
Sig Chi is the best dayger fraternity at ASU. They have good houses for daygers, really good decorations, and almost every one of their daygers is filled with Alpha Phis, DZs and other top house girls.
Chi Phi is probably the second best night party fraternity, and definitely up there with daygers as well. They have good houses and try really really hard. Not as much high quality girls though.
PiKapp used to be up there when it came to daygers, but they’ve definitely fallen off a lot. They still have some really good parties but they really only attract the B teams of high end sororities these days.
Delta Sig and Sig Chi are top houses, PiKapp is an upper, and Chi Phi is realistically mid, so it goes to show that house rank doesn’t fully determine how good your parties are. Lambda is a top house and they throw probably the worst parties out of any house considered mid or above (that’s around 12 fraternities).

sig chi, pi kapp, delta sig are the most
fun. sig chi is probably the most fun of those three. lambda is also a top house but they have horrible parties. fiji is on the come up lowkey but still not there. kappa sig, pike, KA all have okay parties but are all declining. chi phi sucks but some girls love them. guys are try hards and complete weirdos. SAE is just a joke.
