adpi, good? bad? inbetween?

was wondering what adpi was really like? the reviews are all over the place and it seems kinda sus.

You won't be able to tell what it's really like from this website. A lot of bad comments are copy pasted for every chapter anyway.They just got a house which is good

I'm in a top 2 sorority, and had I not joined my sorority, I would have wanted ADPI. They are really great.
