Yeah this is spot on Sig chi, delta sig and Lambda are still top houses but everything beneath them has shifted a bunch and I can’t keep up

Kappa Sig and Pi Kapp definitely have the edge to FIJI and Pike. Most girls prefer those two. I don’t know anyone at all who goes to Pike or enjoys them and a very select few are present at Fiji but mostly the girls that are always at Fiji. Fiji still has the “scary” reputation. I hear a lot of people wanting to go to Kappa Sig and Pi Kapp that don’t include their typical rats
