Sorority exec positions?

So at some point, I really want to run for a leadership Position in my sorority, but Im not sure if I have the skills to succeed in that area. Can people comment down their positions and any skills you recommend gaining before running for it?

hey! i’m currently a sophomore and have an exec position in my chapter. i’ve absolutely loved it and have learned so much! if you want to have an exec position, go for it!! your sisters will support you!
