If you want an honest answer either SAE or Phi Tau. Neither is necessarily the best middle tier but they’re the two with the most potential and the two that consistently get better every semester.

Fiji is upper mid at this point so they don’t count. Chi Phi peaked last year and will probably get kicked off by the end of the year. Kappa Sig continues to fall and things don’t appear to be getting better. KA is consistent but never improves. Sig Pi is lucky to even be considered mid

Sig Tau is lower mid at best these days. Sig Nu hasn’t made the jump from lower mid to mid yet. Alpha Sig, Delt, and Phi Kappa Theta are all lucky to be lower mid houses

SAE throws some good parties now and then but they will never be better than mid with their 2 or 3 day pledge process. Phi Tau has a really nice new plex but they are clearly carried by their older guys and need to recruit better fast.
