Union and oliv are nice and close to mill. Cottages seems fun but kinda ratchet. Apollo is alright. District is meh.

Not on the list but the rise is pretty decent. Also can’t forget west 6th but that’s hella expensive

I live at oliv and there is SO many problems. Wifi still doesn’t work, my washer and dryer was broken as soon as I came here, piece of equipment was lodged into the toilet so it wouldn’t work, pipes have broke a few times and made the place smell like fish, pool is always closed for cleaning, gym gets dirty asf. Don’t waste your money

Also utilities are NOT included into your rent and you pay for everyone’s water. They take the entire complex’s water bill and divide it. So basically you pay the price for people who take 2 hour showers. They turned off the maintenance requests bc they couldn’t keep up with the issues
