member recommendation, are you a risk, and they give out scores. the girls you talk to may give you a score and want you to come back, but you could not come back because others had better scores, gpa, involvement, better fit for the chapter etc

Exactly! We’re not trying to say that the convos don’t matter because they absolutely do, they just aren’t the end all, be all to determine if you get asked back. So if you have a great conversation but don’t get asked back, don’t blame the girls because a variety of factors go into it.

If it’s not based on the convos with the girls in the breakout rooms , what is it based on then? I know round one was based on socials, grades, And the videos we sent. So what is this round based on if the girls we talk to/convos we have aren’t that much a part of the decision?
