why are they looking at our instagrams so hard

It’s kind of unfair that sororities are gonna be judging us on our Instagrams. Like I don’t have a good Instagram feed but that doesn’t mean I’m not fit for a sorority. Your social media shouldn’t matter and they should look at your resume and application the most. Instagram isn’t even close to accurate of what someone could be like so that’s crazy to me that they’re so fixated on that

dude real life is all about image and appearance... employers are gonna look at your social media and judge you off of that too dont cry now because its never gonna change

Social media should be used as an expression of yourself so it should be a fairly accurate description of your personality and hobbies as well as what you look like (which matters to some)

girls are trying to get to know you prior to recruitment, take it as a compliment. they like to see your interests, what kind of friends you had in hs, etc
